Platform terms should align with real access and support paths.

These terms summarize how AcademicGrid access works at the platform level. Final contractual obligations remain governed by the institution relationship and the approved rollout scope.

Plain-language overview

AcademicGrid is designed for institution-managed educational operations. Users receive access through the institution relationship, and support or policy escalations should flow through the official support channel.

Institution-managed access

AcademicGrid is provided to institutions and their authorized users. Schools and colleges remain responsible for the accuracy of records, access assignment, and the operational decisions they make inside the platform.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse credentials, scrape protected data, interfere with service availability, or use the platform outside approved educational or operational purposes.

Operational dependence

Payments, communication providers, identity workflows, and rollout-specific modules may depend on institution scope, contracted integrations, and regional configuration. Public claims should match enabled modules only.

Support and changes

Support, rollout help, and production changes follow the subscribed institution relationship and the agreed support path. Policy or legal clarifications should be raised through AcademicGrid support.
