1. Use of Service

AcademicGrid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal educational management purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Subscription & Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AcademicGrid and its licensors.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AcademicGrid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
