AcademicGrid processes account details, attendance, timetable, assessment, communication, fee, and support information needed to operate school workflows for subscribed institutions.

Why we process it

We use that data to authenticate users, deliver platform features, issue receipts and reports, send operational notifications, secure the service, and support contracted institutions.

How requests are handled

Parents, students, and staff should contact their institution first for corrections, access, or deletion requests tied to school-managed records. AcademicGrid can support institution-approved platform-level actions through the official support path.

Security posture

Tenant-aware access controls, authenticated APIs, and encrypted transport are used to protect platform traffic and stored records. Retention is governed by service, legal, financial, and audit obligations.

For record corrections, access requests, or deletion requests, contact the institution first. If the request needs platform-level support, the institution or user can reach AcademicGrid through the support route.
